The fattiest cut of bluefin.
The ocean’s smallest jewels.
A perfect circle.

In Japan, they taught me that true luxury whispers.

This is o-toro. This is restraint. This is what happens when you stop trying to please everyone and start honoring everything.

One extraordinary fish. Twelve expressions. A night we won’t soon forget.

A look back at our first Bluefin Tuna Cutting Ceremony at MINŌ. A full house, an incredible energy around the counter, and an evening that was every bit as special as we hoped it would be.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for it. We cannot wait for the next one!

Luxury isn’t excess. It’s intention.

Every course at MINŌ is thoughtfully composed, where technique, seasonality, and restraint come together in a dining experience that unfolds one carefully considered bite at a time.

Dessert, elevated.

Because precision doesn’t end with savory.

Handcrafted bonbons, chocolate crumb, and delicate textures come together in one of Chef’s beautifully composed desserts - where his craftsmanship is evident in every detail.

An elegant expression of the MINO experience.
