Seafood in the mountains only works if you take it seriously.
As we come up on our 5th anniversary on July 1st, Kelli and I have been thinking a lot about what Whiskey & Water has become and where it started.
For us, this restaurant has always been rooted in our South Florida backgrounds. The salty air, fresh seafood, long dinners, strong drinks, and the kind of places that make you slow down and stay awhile.
When we opened in Blue Ridge, we did not want to copy a beach restaurant. We wanted to bring that feeling here in our own way. Thoughtful seafood, warm service, good cocktails, and a room that reminds you of the coast without ever leaving the mountains.
Blue Ridge already has the views. We’re here to bring the salty vibes.
