Guests,
We will be closed this weekend till Tuesday for Kitchen Training & in front of the house. There are things that we didn’t expect and want to make sure we give 100% guest satisfaction. If we didn’t care then we would just let it be. Our brand and guests service wasn’t up to par so we want to make sure we are where we need to be. Don’t worry a few days won’t hurt 🤌🏼.

The past few months it's been a lot of frustration with the CEO and our marketing team. We came to Blue Island to serve our great food with no issues with anyone. We have been attacked on social media constantly and we have had enough. We’re here to help the community as the CEO loves to give back and help as much as we can. We had setbacks on opening due to things that need to be done with the city/state it’s never easy but we did it. We are currently training and are putting together our opening date which will be any day. It’s never easy to open a small business there are a lot of things that involve a lot of work to open. We want to thank our supporters and the ones that stuck with us since the beginning. Thank you

We are close to the finish line! We are waiting for our State Liquor License to be posted to place an order for alcohol. We don’t want to open without the alcohol wouldn’t be fun😉. We are days away from finally opening, so stay tuned on the day we will open🤌🏼.
