ine have to offer. The summer brings bustling crowds, more amazing local food then we know what to do with, and our own gardens bursting with an array of fresh flowers for our tables. The Fall, with all its color, brings festivals celebrating the harvest- including our famous Wine Dinner, as well as all those gorgeous fall fruits and vegetables for sons/chefs Tim and Andrew Hikade to experiment with. In the heart of winter enjoy a cozy night dining by one of our fireplaces, it is the height of scallop season and Christmas Eve, New Years, and Valentines Day all have extra special menus that are not to be missed! With spring comes the hope of warmer days, fiddle heads, early strawberries and tender spring greens- enjoy some cabin fever relief with dinner out with friends. For some of our patrons a sure sign of Spring is the the debut of halibut on our menu; for our staff it might be the fragrant carpet of white and purple violets on the back lawn as we come in to work. And then, for lucky visitors and passersby alike, it is the hopeful and humorous bloom of our Dutchman's Pipe! Wonder why it has the name? Look closely!

Just three of the many descriptors for our Grand Marnier Semifreddo! Meaning "half-frozen", this Italian inspired dessert is the texture of frozen mousse, dusted with Valrhona cocoa, then topped with Cointreau mandarins, and garnished with crystallized almonds and raspberry coulis.
