We’re a family-owned restaurant, and Fuego means a lot more to us than just serving food.

This is our family’s business. You’ll see us here working, talking with customers, making sure the food is right and doing our best to give people in Blount County a place where they can sit down, relax and enjoy a good hand-cut steak without having to drive into the city.

Like any small family business, we depend on our community.
