Upland Wood Shop Sour Brewery The Wood Shop is Upland's new dedicated wood-aged sour ale brewery and tasting room where our sour ales are brewed, wood aged, packaged, and enjoyed.

What started as a passion project in 2006 has evolved into artistically crafted wood-aged beers that push boundaries and please palates. Opened in 2016, The Wood Shop is Upland's new dedicated wood-aged sour ale brewery and tasting room where our sour ales are brewed, wood aged, and packaged. Daily tours and tastings are available. Beer lovers are invited to learn how these blended works of art are made as well as sample some of our 10 sour ales on tap—some of which aren't available anywhere else. Upland's year-round, seasonal, and specialty ales, lagers and porters are also available for sampling and enjoyment.

Our New Year's Resolution: Look as Good as Our Beer Tastes!

While everyone's resolving to reinvent themselves, we're sticking to what we know: craft beer, honest ingredients, and Midwestern authenticity.

That said, we did decide to freshen up a bit. New year, new look—but the same independent spirit we've had since 1998.
