SOME NEW FOOD ITEMS ADDED TO THE MENU!

Bao Buns
Three bao buns. Fried chicken thigh, Korean BBQ sauce topped with cry baby aioli. pickled cucumbers. pickled red onions. pickled carrots, and cilantro leaf.

FAFO
Thin sliced brisket on Parmesan Crusted sourdough. Topped with sautéed peppers and onions. Sauced with Korean BBQ, Crybaby Aioli, and roasted Garlic Aioli. Finished with Gouda and American Cheese

Steak Bowl
Sauteed ribeye served over white rice with peppers and onions. Topped with roasted corn and black bean relish.
Finished with Korean BBU and green onions.

Salmon Bowl
Sauteed salmon over white rice with red cabbage, carrots, red onions, cucumbers, and avocado. Finished with cry baby aioli, avocado crema, and sesame seeds.
