MORE SPECIAL MOMENTS ... CONGRATS MATT & KRISTEN!🎊

Sleeper's Bar met Matt & Kristen right after we opened last year when they stopped in after an IU game. Although they live two hours away, they have returned several times for a quick getaway stay at Cascades Inn & to hang out with us.

This last visit was special. Secretly, Matt told us they were coming back in 2 weeks and he was going to propose. Being avid Hoosier fans, Kristen wanted it to happen at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall ... and it did!

Shortly thereafter, the off the chain celebration began here. We surprised them with upgraded accommodations at the Inn and everyone in the bar shot streamers, toasted them with a glass of complimentary champagne 🍾 and partied like it was 1999!

The '75-76 Indiana University Hoosiers remain the last undefeated National Champion in NCAA men's basketball. It was 47 years ago today when they defeated Michigan in the championship game capping off their 32 - 0 perfect season.
