Happy Double Release Day!
We are excited to tap a special, limited time collaboration beer we brewed with !
🍄‍🟫Pheasantly Surprised, Mushroom Table Beer
Brother Chimp Brewing and Wolfden Brewing put their heads together, headed to the woods and came out with a Belgian-style table beer, brewed with locally foraged pheasantback mushrooms. Known for their refreshing cucumber and watermelon rind aroma, the pheasantback was a natural pairing with a dry and highly drinkable farmhouse ale base. Light-bodied, effervescent, and popping with citrusy aromas, this beer melds expressive Belgian yeast character with bright melon freshness, creating a rustic, yet refreshing table beer, punching far bigger than its 4.2% ABV!

We are also bringing back Solstice Wit, our 4.7% Witbier. This slightly hazy, pale wheat ale is brewed with coriander and orange peel. Notes of citrus and light herbal spice.
