🎉 Congratulations to Jennifer Grovdahl with Hen House & Co on 10 years in business!

On September 15, 2016, Hen House & Co. began its journey right outside of Blooming Prairie. What started with freeze-dried candy, honey, jams and jellies has continued to grow and evolve over the past decade. Today, you'll also find sourdough, cookies and so much more among their locally made offerings.

❤️ Reaching 10 years in business is a milestone worth celebrating! We're proud to recognize Hen House & Co. as a longtime member of the Blooming Prairie Area Chamber of Commerce and thank them for their continued Chamber membership and investment in our community. ❤️

💙 Helping seniors remain independent and connected in our community!

This Chamber Member Spotlight features Healthy Seniors Of Steele County, a local nonprofit dedicated to helping adults age 65+ live safely, healthfully, and independently in their own homes.

Through the help of staff and volunteers, Healthy Seniors provides a wide range of support for seniors and their caregivers, including senior companionship, caregiver support, respite care, fall-prevention assistance, needs assessments and referrals to local resources. Their volunteers also help reduce loneliness and isolation through friendly visits, phone calls, library book delivery and more.

❤️ We appreciate Healthy Seniors of Steele County's investment in the Blooming Prairie Area Chamber of Commerce and, more importantly, the work they do to help seniors throughout Steele County remain connected to their families, friends and communities.

🎉 Welcome to the Chamber, Otomo's Auto Towing & Repair LLC!

We're excited to welcome Otomo's Auto Towing and owner Logan Otomo as one of our newest Chamber members!

You may recognize Otomo's tow truck from this year's 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲! When Logan registered for the parade in June, he indicated that he was interested in becoming a Chamber member, and we're excited to now officially have Otomo's Auto Towing as part of our Chamber business community.

🎗️ We're happy to support fellow chamber member, the Blooming Prairie Cancer Group!

The Chamber has put together a 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘁 for this year's Cancer Group Auction, filled with popcorn, treats and some local goodies, including a $50 gift card to Darrick's Preferred Auto and much more!

Be sure to check it out along with all of the other great items up for bid during the live auction on Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12 at 6:30 PM under the big tent at The Cue Company.

♻️ Keeping our communities clean, one pickup at a time!

This Chamber Member Spotlight features Skjeveland Enterprises, providing garbage and recycling services throughout Steele and Dodge Counties and the surrounding area.

From regular residential garbage and recycling pickup to commercial, construction, and industrial services, Skjeveland Enterprises offers options to meet the needs of both homes and businesses. They also offer 10–40 yard roll-off containers for larger cleanup and construction projects.

❤️ Here in Blooming Prairie, we're especially grateful for the support Skjeveland Enterprises has shown our community. For the past 4 years, they have generously donated garbage services for Blooming Prairie's Old-Fashioned 4th of July, helping us keep one of our community's largest celebrations clean!
