Today is the BIG day- CONGRATULATIONS 🎓 GRADUATES!!!!

Yesterday 4 of us went on a field trip to Performance in LaCrosse. First we toured the meat cutting room. Came away with ideas for some cuts of meat 🥩 to incorporate into our features.
After that, we were treated to a multitude of dishes prepared by Chef Carmen 🍖🍔🍤🍧Lots of inspiration!!
All in all a very informative ( and FILLING) day!!
Thank you to the Performance team, Michelle, Steve, Carmen, Justin, Tyler, Dayne and all the rest that filled our visit with hospitality.
