Twenty five years ago, California is where it all began for me. The craft, the culture, the obsession with what’s in the glass. So getting back there recently, it hit differently.
The West Coast is still setting the pace — innovative ingredients, techniques, and a hospitality mindset that reminds me of why I fell in love with this industry in the first place. I came home inspired, recharged, and ready.
