Not only is it award-winning, but it’s also made using upcycled potato starch sourced from a local potato chip producer—turning something that might otherwise go to waste into something worth celebrating.

A Moment We’ll Never Forget

While most people know us for beer, there was a period during COVID when our brewery became something else entirely.

When hand sanitizer was desperately needed, our team pivoted overnight. We worked around the clock producing and packaging sanitizer for hospitals, first responders, government agencies, local businesses, and countless organizations throughout our community.

Those were some of the longest days we’ve ever experienced. Our staff never worked harder, and the challenges seemed to change by the hour. But through determination, teamwork, and a shared sense of purpose, we found a way to help when it mattered most.

Looking back, we’re incredibly grateful. Grateful for our employees who showed up every day. Grateful for our customers and partners who supported us. Grateful for the healthcare workers and first responders who inspired us. And grateful that we had the ability to pivot and contribute during such an uncertain time.

Thank you to everyone who helped us get through it.
