This festive drink is made with rum, mint, fresh berries and club soda, creating the perfect blend of flavors for a summer celebration. Raise your glass and toast to freedom with this refreshing and colorful cocktail! 🍹🎆

Ingredients:
- 2 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- Handful of fresh blueberries and raspberries
- Club soda
- Ice
- Mint sprig and extra berries for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a glass, muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup and lime juice.
2. Fill the glass with ice and add the white rum.
3. Top off the glass with club soda.

The countdown is on! 24 hours from now we are gonna have our ribbon cutting and official bar opening. is going to be here from Nashville playing live music!
