I also own a company called 5 Pts Brewing. It was to be located in the beautiful house built in 1901 at 1312 20th Street South. The house was to be restored with a 1800 square foot cellar with 10 foot ceilings. A literal barrel aging cellar. That ship sailed unfortunately. Now, 5 Pts Brewing is to be a craft brewing design and manufacturing company that focuses on reducing carbon footprint, increases efficiency and profitability, and reactor advancements for spirits applications. All of these technologies will be patented and then marketed at cost effective implementation by breweries large and small across the country.
