To Our Guests,
It is with heavy hearts that we share that Brook Highland Beef’s will be closing its doors today Monday, March 30, 2026. Our lease is ending and we have been unable to reach acceptable terms with the landlord. We therefore made the difficult decision not to renew the lease.
This was not an easy decision. Beef’s Brook Highland has been more than just a place to grab a meal—it’s been a space filled with familiar faces, laughter, celebrations, and everyday moments that we’ve been lucky enough to be a part of. So many of you have become regulars, friends,
and part of what made this place feel like home.
We are incredibly grateful for the support you’ve shown us over the years. Every visit, every kind
word, and every bit of loyalty has meant more to our team than we can fully put into words.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of this community. It has been an honor to serve you. Please visit us at our Helena and Hoover locations which remain open.
Special thanks to our staff who have worked hard to provide friendly service and great food. We are happy to be offering positions to our incredible team at our Hoover and Helena locations.
