Owner of Mad Monks Tavern Charles Monk Evans told 12 news having the stadium there for the next 10 years will be great for businesses and local families.

“I’ll have my regulars be able to come down here and have a beer before the game or after the game and that’s always a good thing,” Evans said. “I see the mothers and the kids and the fathers walking to the game and its pretty cool to watch actually. It’s a nice community right now and people should come down and see us.”
