The seasons are changing, so we’re letting it take our menu with it. (Even though it’s October and it’s still 80°+ outside… 🫣)

- Cream of Mushroom soup.
- Change ups on both the Duck and Bison.
- Rotation of some desserts— Sticky Toffee Pudding and a Pumpkin Crème Brûlée. 🎃

Our new butcher’s cut features a hearty elk medallion sitting atop some miso-braised cabbage, surrounded with roasted sweet potatoes, decorated with a bacon fat crostini, and all dressed with a black garlic demi glace.

Summer isn’t over yet, so we’re going to keep bringing the cool. 🧊

Introducing our new gazpacho! A take on the traditional Spanish chilled soup— a blend of tomatoes, red bell peppers, cucumbers, jalapeños, a touch of sherry vinegar and dill; topped with fresh Special K Ranch cherry tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of micro cilantro, and fresh cracked black pepper.

The temperatures continue to be blazing, so make sure to come in and cool down with us. 🍅

And just like that, summer’s end is fast approaching… But be not afraid— we’re here to help battle those post-vacation blues!

We’ve added a Watermelon Salad to the roster, and… well, you’ll just have to come try it for yourself.
A generous slice of fresh watermelon coated with crushed pistachios and pumpkin seeds seasoned with Tajin, sitting alongside an arugula salad tossed with a blackberry lime vinaigrette, topped with micro cilantro, jalapeños, and feta cheese. Every bite will have you coming back for more! (no, like, really though…)

Sneaking some new cocktails into the line up for summer!

Far East Movement: an ube (pronounced: oo-bae) coconut cream and matcha oat milk cocktail that features Rumhaven (coconut rum) and Tito’s to help balance the sweetness. Think… your quirky, fun Starbucks order, with an extra kick.

Georgia Tea: a gussied up classic of peach iced tea turned into an instant favorite. White peach purée, agave, lemon juice, and fresh brewed black tea— perfectly mixed together and made “grown-up” with Wheatley Vodka. 😉

Come on in and give these new drinks a whirl!

New Butcher’s Cut: Featuring Lamb from Hollenbeck Ranch out of Molt, MT! 🚨

Terrine of Lamb Neck (braised, pulled, and then pressed) served with a sun-dried tomato red curry sauce, a cilantro green chutney; topped with crispy red onions, pickled shallots, and mustard greens from Stone Soup Garden (Laurel, MT)— this beautiful terrine will be accompanied by roasted red cabbage, for a touch of sweetness that lends a wonderful finishing note to the dish.

We are hoping to run this special for more than a week, but don’t wait! It is truly delicious and worth the trip to see us. 🥳

So we’ve answered— with a new morel mushroom dish! 🚨 🍄‍🟫

Morels sautéed in bacon fat, accompanied by soft Yukon Gold potatoes, green peas sprinkled in for freshness, and mustard greens from Stone Soup Garden for a bit of a zing— all finished off with a hazelnut-thyme dressing and fresh pea shoots.

Who knows how long this morel season will last… Better come in and try it for yourself!
