Goode's Q & Bayou Grill Ain't Fancy, Just Goode! Welcome! Here at Goode’s Q and Bayou Grill we are bringing comfort foods of the South back home to Montana. We’d love to have you!

When you think of Louisiana and Texas, two words come to mind; Gumbo and Bar-B-Q. The Goode’s Bar-BQ starts with quality meat, seasoned with love and slow cooked with mesquite, oak and pecan wood, and is meant to be enjoyed alone or with our in house sauce. Our Cajun and Creole cuisine comes with a lot of history. This cuisine is a collaboration of several cultures; Native American, French, Italian, German, African, Spanish and English. When you sit down to a nice bowl of gumbo or etouffee, see if you can detect it’s origin. One myth that should be address is all Cajun food is supposed to be insanely hot. Not true! “If a dish is over seasoned or too hot and spicy for the average palate, it is not representative of true Cajun cooking.”
