Meet Samson! He's 4 years old, the funniest kid around, a Lego and Hot Wheels expert, a huge Def Leppard fan 🎸 and he has the best dance moves we know.
Samson has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a rare disease that slowly weakens the muscles. His family is facing a lot of costs for weekly therapies, medicines, leg braces, trips to specialists and changes to their home. Let's show them they're not alone. 🧡
