Baking spices, orange zest, and a long, warm finish. October’s Wh***ey of the Month is WhistlePig PiggyBack Rye, 100% rye and aged six years.

It was made in memory of master distiller Dave Pickerell, and the 96.56 proof is the year he was born. Neat, over ice, or in a cocktail.
