There’s fish and chips… and then there’s Fish & Chips done the right way.

Our huge 11-ounce haddock is hand-dipped in a crisp, golden Bass Ale beer batter and fried until perfectly light, crunchy and flaky inside, served on a bed of salt and vinegar chips, with a generous pile of golden fries, lemon and creamy tartar sauce.

And the people who know Fish & Chips best seem to notice the difference—especially our guests from England and New England, where a proper piece of battered fish is something they take seriously. We’ve heard time and time again from truly educated fish-and-chips eaters that this one hits the mark.
