Our Story

We are a NYS Farm Distillery producing award winning Spirits in Bethel NY. We make our spirits with NY grown grains and fruits. The property is a across from the site of the original 1969 Woodstock music festival and Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center. Also on site is our sister restaurant, the Dancing Cat Saloon serving fresh locally sourced fare with a side of live music on weekends and Brunch with live Jazz every Sunday. Art is everywhere, on display and available for sale, from the sculptures on the field to the walls of the restaurant from the Stray Cat Gallery artists, the art part of our Distillery project.

Award winning NYS Craft Spirits, Distillery Tours and Tastings, locally sourced food, art, music, local lore, Dog Friendly, Kid Friendly, Wi-Fi connected and just added Electric Car Charging Station.

A place to discover, learn, meet friends and make new ones, to gather and share in the Sullivan-Catskill Experience.

Special Events, Concerts, Art Shows, Artisan Pop-Ups, Bon-Fires, Sculpture Park and the Original Woodstock Festival site 1000 feet down the road with the (Awesome) Museum at Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center sharing the history and keeping the spirit of the Woodstock Festival alive and well for the next generation!
