We are thrilled to invite you to a very special evening celebrating the soulful w**es of Cascina Fontana, paired with the beautiful, thoughtful cuisine of Chef Allan Russo at Sette Cucina.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Mario Fontana to 56 Degree W**e in October 2024, and this time, we are equally excited to host his son, Vasco Fontana, who will guide us through the family’s w**es and share insight into their vineyards, philosophy, and approach to their traditional w**emaking.

This menu is designed to highlight the elegance and depth of Cascina Fontana’s w**es, complemented by Chef Russo’s refined, Italian-inspired cuisine.
