We had the pleasure of welcoming Mario Fontana to 56 Degree Wine in October 2024, and this time, we are equally excited to host his son, Vasco Fontana, who will guide us through the family’s wines and share insight into their vineyards, philosophy, and approach to their traditional winemaking.

This menu is designed to highlight the elegance and depth of Cascina Fontana’s wines, complemented by Chef Russo’s refined, Italian-inspired cuisine.
