💎 this gem by the name of Prodigium a balanced blend of 3 unique grape varieties – Malvasia, Trebbiano and Canaiolo Bianco produced by Antico Castello di Poppiano. The same varieties traditionally used to craft Tuscany’s treasured dessert wine, Vin Santo. But in this wine, the enologist flips the script.

Prodigium transforms this wine into a refreshing and aromatic skin-contact white wine. Expect intense aromas of honey and ripe fruits; the perfect pairing for aged cheese such as Parmiggiano Reggiano or Asiago.
