🐾 🐾 🐾

EDIT: We have seen posts that Casey passed away last night. No official post of what is next for the dogs still currently at the rescue. We will share once we know. Sending love and peace to all her family and friends. RIP 🙏

We are so sad to be sharing the news that our favorite local rescue is closing, Rescue Pets Serving Vets. Since they have opened we have regularly held fundraising and adoption events for them. Personally we have a dog from there and our good friends have our dogs brother. (Anyone can adopt, it is just FREE for Veterans.)
🐾
One of my favorite memories of RPSV was when Casey & John came to speak to the girls participating in Girls On The Run after they did a collection event for them as their community service.
It was moving and inspiring… I know many of the girls still remember it years later.
🐾
We hope Casey gets to hear the news that her Rescue is empty before she passes. Like their page and share these last dogs that are looking for homes out of RPSV!!
