Amaterra Kitchen + Social Club will be open Monday, September 7, our final Monday of the season before we transfer into our winter hours.

So come make the most of it. Gather your people, grab a table, order dinner, and of course, enjoy one last Martini Monday while you can.

But don’t worry! We’re not saying goodbye to the martinis. Martini Monday is becoming Toni Tuesday starting September 15, so you’ll still have an excuse to start your week with something frosty in hand.

There’s no other time like summer in Bend! Here’s a few moments from our summer so far. While we hate saying bye to long river days, cold rosé on the patio, concerts that last all night, etc., we are looking forward to the change of the season too.

Our last Summer Supper Session is upon us and we want you there! On August 18 we’re partnering with Rainshadow Organics to give you a true farm-to-table experience. Only a few spots are available during our 5 pm and 6 pm seating so book now! Make your Tuesday night something to brag about and join us for the most delicious meal you’ll have all summer.

A special menu curated for this night will be eaten, a beautiful beverage crafted for this event will be drank, or you can imbibe with our wh***ey flight or custom w**e flight both made for this Supper Session specifically!

Special moments from our Le Champ Wanderlust Canoe Tour last weekend!

Our Le Champ members enjoyed a delicious lake side dinner from Luckey’s Woodsman paired with Amaterra w**es. The Éclater paired perfectly with the Wild Mushroom & Stuffed Duck Breast! We then got in our canoes and were treated to a constellation tour of the night sky from Jared and Kevin Wanderlust Tours. It was the perfect summer night!

What’s cookin?

Our scallops are! Chef Jeff presents our scallops over shrimp chorizo, pork belly, crispy rice “jambalaya” and cornbread crumble. We suggest pairing this with our 2022 Ribbon Ridge Pinot Noir for the perfect meal.

Late summer, local farms, and one unforgettable evening around the table.

Join us on Tuesday, August 18 for our next Amaterra Supper Session, menu created in partnership with Rainshadow Organics. Together, we’re celebrating the incredible abundance of Central Oregon with a family-style dinner inspired by the season’s freshest harvest.

Spots are still available for our 7 pm seating, where you’ll dine alongside the Rainshadow Organics team, the very people who grow many of the ingredients you’ll enjoy throughout the evening. It’s a rare opportunity to hear directly from the farmers, learn about their craft and experience the true meaning of farm-to-table.

Supporting local farmers isn’t just something we do, it’s a cornerstone of our culinary philosophy. We believe the best meals begin with exceptional ingredients and the people who dedicate themselves to growing them.
