Vineyard update from our Winemaker Morgan from Swede Hill Vineyard! The 2026 vintage is taking shape, and we’re approaching a very important stage of the vine cycle: flowering.

Right now, those tiny green clusters you see on the vines are waiting for enough warmth to burst into delicate flowers. Once fertilized, those flowers will become the grapes that eventually make their way into your glass!

It’s a brief but critical moment in the vineyard, one that helps determine the size and potential of the coming harvest.

We can’t wait to follow this vintage from flowering to harvest and beyond! Stay tuned for more vineyard updates throughout our growing season!

In case you needed a reason to come visit us, our drink menu got refreshed and this is just some of the new lineup!

Spring favorites that will transition perfectly to a sunny summer is exactly what Bartender extraordinaire Chad meant to do when he was creating these goodies. Enjoy a spritz with limoncello and sparkling Barbera, try a Paloma that stars Cocchi Rosa, or skip the alcohol and imbibe with a new seasonal mocktail like the raspberry Italian soda.

Reservations are now open for our next Supper Session on June 3! After a completely sold out April dinner, we highly recommend reserving your seats early for the next evening of shared dishes, flowing wine, and community gathering at Amaterra Kitchen + Social Club.

Guests at our last Supper Session were welcomed with bubbles before settling in for a beautifully prepared family-style dinner, with Chef Jeff personally introducing each course throughout the evening. The result was a warm, lively dining experience that brought people together around one table and one shared menu.

A new menu and even more reasons to gather! The latest seasonal updates have arrived at Amaterra Kitchen + Social Club—bringing bold flavors, thoughtful technique, and dishes built for sharing and savoring.

Enjoy (image 1) fried chicken with celery root slaw, polenta, and B&B pickles, (image 2) roasted beets with beet and goat cheese ravioli, Chioggia beets, orange, strawberries, horseradish, hazelnuts, arugula & saba, and (image 3) red wine-braised short rib with creamed spinach, pomme puree, mushroom conserva & braising jus.

There’s even more to look forward to next week as Local’s Night shifts to a celebration of Wine club members with our new Member’s Day! Next Wednesday you’ll be able to curate custom wine flights across the wine menu, imbibe with special library pours, enjoy an additional 5% added to your Wine Club preferred pricing on wine to go and extend your Wine Club benefits to the friends you brought along!

A new season calls for new flavors. Our updated Pacific Northwest Salmon has officially arrived at Amaterra Kitchen + Social Club, bringing together bright ingredients and rich, comforting flavors in one beautifully balanced dish.

A new season, a new menu, and some very exciting additions! This week, Amaterra Kitchen + Social Club rolls out a fresh lineup of seasonal dishes; bringing back guest favorites, introducing brand new creations, and for the first time, bringing a few beloved dishes from our Portland restaurant to Bend as well.

A little taste of what helped earn Amaterra Winery in Portland recognition as Portland Business Journal’s Best Restaurant of 2025.

On the menu:
- Little Gem Lettuce Salad with charred asparagus, pickled ramps, English peas, whipped burrata, candied peanuts, and green goddess dressing
- Scallops with shrimp chorizo, pork belly, and cornbread crumble
- Fried Chicken with celery root slaw, polenta, and B&B pickles
- “TV Dinner” Caviar Service with Osetra caviar, deviled eggs, crème fraîche, and house chips
- Cast Iron Cookie available in Bend and Portland!
