French Onion Soup - Beef broth, caramelized onions, topped with a gruyere cheese smothered crouton.

Giant Brisket Stuffed Baked Potato - Half pound of slow braised beef brisket over a giant baked potato, smothered in brown gravy, a sharp cheddar cheese sauce, sliced red serrano chiles and green onions.

Pork Cutlet Sandwich - All natural pork tenderloin*, pounded and breaded with grilled onion, roasted red pepper coulee, fresh basil aioli and melted provolone cheese on Big Ed’s toasted Alehouse bun.
Served with lettuce, tomato, pickle and our kettle chips.

Our hearts are with the families whose lives were forever changed today, and with every child, parent, teacher, and staff member affected by this heartbreaking tragedy.

For those in our community—including members of our own team and the families we welcome through our doors—this is deeply close to home.

There are no words that can make this loss lighter. We are grieving alongside our neighbors and holding the children, their loved ones, and the entire school community in our hearts. 💔
