País vines farmed biodynamically in Amador and Cabernet Sauvignon from an organic vineyard in Grass Valley, all graced with Dani's expert touch. This wine is elevated and sparkles in the way all La Onda wines do, but there is something extra here...let's call it poise.

Choice Track: Steely Dan - Black Cow

Chasselas gets a bad rap. This wine proves when in dedicated and focused hands, Chasselas is a grape not to be trifled with. Medium bodied, citrus forward with lovely acidity. Careful not to get too hot and bothered! Dominique also built a concrete pyramid out of sand, rocks, and water found on his property for future fermentations soooo... we look forward to tasting that!

Jean-Claude and his son Romain have honed-in their ability to make astonishing wines and single handedly kickstarted our Chablis binge. Their attention to detail in the vineyard transitions to curiosity in the cellar. Domaine Bessin will rise as one of the great names in the region, so drink it while you can get it (and while it’s wildly affordable!).

🚨RE-STOCK ALERT🚨 A beautiful project from Dani (La Onda) and Leo Erazo (Rogue Vine). Old OLD vine, crisp, medium bodied Pais rosado from the Itata Valley. Foot trottened, fermented and aged in concrete. Show up to your Christmas dinner with this and woo all attendants, especially Grandma.

Domaine Castèra dates back to the late 1700’s and is a staple of the Jurançon region. A small amount (5%) of Petit Mansang and Petit Courbou is added to Gros Mansang, each vinified in separate steel tanks. Dense, sharp, refreshing, and an incredible food wine. (THAI FOOD!)
