ETHNIC FEST 2026 | 33RD ANNUAL | Event Schedule!
Join us Friday, September 11 & Saturday, September 12 for a weekend celebrating community, culture, music, food and everything that makes Walker special!
We’ve got two full days of events, entertainment and reasons to come downtown. Here’s what’s happening:
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11
9.11 Remembrance Ceremony | 9 AM
Join Spencer-Ross American Legion Post 134 at the Veterans Memorial on the North Lawn of the Cass County Courthouse for a special 25th Anniversary Remembrance Ceremony.
Friday Night by Candlelight | 5:30–8 PM
Walker Rock Garden - Walker Bay Live
End the summer with a beautiful evening at the Rock Garden featuring live music, food and drinks, and an intimate candlelit setting.

Ethnic Fest Parade | 11 AM
Main Street, Downtown Walker
Kick off Saturday with the Ethnic Fest Parade! Featuring the National Anthem by Katelin DeLorenzo and Grand Marshals Terry & Claudette Holly.
Market on 5th | 10 AM–5 PM
Shop local and discover handmade goods, art, unique finds and more from vendors and artisans.
Live Music on the 5th Street Walker Bay Live Grandstage
A full day of live music, starting at 11:30 AM and continuing into the evening with a great lineup of performers.
More Live Music Around Downtown
Catch the Elk River German Band at Portage Brewing, plus live entertainment at the Walker Bay Theater and late-night music at local venues.
Food Trucks & Local Food
Come hungry! Enjoy a variety of food trucks/vendors, plus food and drink specials from local restaurants and businesses around town.
