🚨 Florida is stealing our day manager. 🚨

After plenty of shifts, laughs, regulars, stories, and a whole lot of memories, Ondrea is leaving Hatley’s and heading south to Florida! 🌴☀️

She’s been such a familiar face around here, and we know there are plenty of customers, regulars, and friends who are going to miss seeing her behind the bar.

Her last day is Friday, September 25th, so stop in, have a drink, wish her luck, and help us give her a proper Hatley’s send-off. ❤️

And in what may be the clearest sign yet that she really is leaving us… Ondrea voluntarily allowed the social media manager to take pictures of her for this post. 📸😂
Honestly, we should’ve known something was up.

We’re going to miss having her here, but we’re so excited for her and this next chapter.

Come say goodbye to Ondrea Friday the 25th before Florida officially gets to keep her. ❤️🌴

Okayyyy… we’re bringing the cocktails back. 😏🍸

Consider this our official soft launch back into fancy drink territory, starting with The Drunken Orchard: Housemade Apple Crisp syrup, Stoli Vanilla, RumChata and a cinnamon sugar rim.

We have some newer bartenders learning the ropes, so if they need an extra second to check a recipe or get that pretty rim just right, be nice to them. They’re learning!

Also, when Friday & Saturday night turns into 11PM–1AM absolute bar chaos, some of the more high-maintenance cocktails may need to take a little timeout. When we’re at capacity, counter space disappears, sugar rims become a luxury, and our main goal is getting drinks in everyone’s hands.

So yes, order the fancy stuff. Just know that late-night Hatley’s may occasionally choose survival. 😂
