The health benefits of watermelon are incredible all on their own but with our H2Oh, we press beet with the watermelon to produce a powerhouse of heart-healthy nutrition!
Nitric oxide is one of the best known qualities of beets (hello energy stamina!) but it pairs perfectly with watermelon making it a great post-workout drink that helps ease muscle soreness. We’ve added lemon and mint to promote a refreshing finish with each sip (or gulp, whichever you prefer 😉).
