Just bottled 10 gallons of hoppy goodness. We have a Chinook IPA at 6.5% and a massive hazy New England style Imperial IPA "Jacks Juice" at 11.5%. Cheers!!!!!!

Preparing for the last of the year. This one is going to be a massive DIPA using whatever hops we have left in stock. Cascade, centennial, citra, Columbus, fuggle, Amarillo, mt hood and galaxy. Looking for a yeast strain that will be able to handle the 11%+ abv we are pushing for.

Brew Day!!!! First in awhile! Bottled Orions RyePA at a nice 7.6%abv. And brewed a new recipe "kuiper IPA" with Amarillo, magnum, citra and centennial hops. We will see what the final abv is but it's looking more like a session IPA.
