In August 2014 we sold our building at 2333 Bellmore Avenue and purchased the United Title Agency building at 101 Frederick Ave. We gutted most of the building insides and officially started construction in September 2014. We rewired the entire building, added a new floor, a coat check, new lighting, a second bathroom, a high-end service bar, a public address, and music system, and HDTV displays.
Following construction, we continued working on various permits and licenses until we received our public assembly license in December 2015. Our first official event was the 2015 Christmas party, which was followed by Night at the Races in January 2016. Since then, we have been hosting communion, birthday, weddings, engagement, christenings, bridal showers, baby showers, new years eve, and retirement parties
Anyone familiar with our previous building may notice some familiar fixtures on the walls of our new building. The brass sconces along the walls were refinished in silver to match the modern silver and blue design. That's not all we took with us. See if you can spot what else is from the old building when you visit. We are steeped in tradition.
