Garden Poke 🌿🍠
An elevated vegan take on the classic, made with the same spirit and soul as the original. Roasted taro, Okinawan sweet potato, gold and red beets, and radishes meet cucumber and sweet onion, all tossed in a tamari marinade with fresh ginger, Big Island chili, and sambal oelek stirred in.
Served with seasoned rice, avocado, white ginger, macadamia nuts, and our house Portuguese pickled onion. Colorful, rooted, and made with aloha.
