Upon entering the lounge, one is seemingly transported to an old English private smoking club. From the wood paneling, leather chairs and burgundy walls, to the large screen televisions, we thought of every last detail to make your stop in a truly atmospheric experience. How often do you get to bring together two of your passions? does just that in Ferio Tego’s newest release Milestones. In collaboration with the Miles Davis Estate and as part of the official Miles Davis Centennial celebration, Milestones’ release celebrates one hundred years since the birth of the jazz legend.

Herklots pairs his education and history as a jazz musician with his current role as co-owner of ci**rs. He developed this limited edition release to reflect the qualities he admired in Miles’ work, “approachability, sophistication, structure, nuance, expression, restraint, and depth.”

The cigar is a 6 x 50 toro that uses an Ecuadorian Connecticut-seed wrapper over a Honduran binder and fillers from the Dominican Republic, Honduras and Nicaragua.

Milestones is an experience. Each of the 1,600 boxes released includes one of four 5 x 7 reproductions of a Davis sketch, and a link to a playlist created by Herklots, Reservoir Media and the Miles Davis Estate.

Since Aging Room by Rafael Nodal debuted in 2011, it quickly became the highest rated boutique cigar brand. In honor of their 15th anniversary they’ve released Blue Amber.

Rafael Nodal says Blue Amber represents his journey in the cigar industry. From his beginnings in the Dominican Republic to Aging Room’s current Nicaraguan roots, the to***co used in Blue Amber follows a similar journey. It combines to***co from both regions, harvesting leaves from the land that produces the rare blue amber gemstone native to the Dominican Republic and the rich volcanic soil of Nicaragua.

Gold, Emerald, and now Sapphire. Rocky Patel is up to something but nothing is official about what might come next. All we know is Sapphire has hit the lounge and the packaging is as luxurious as the smoke.

If you’ve enjoyed Emerald, Sapphire is said to be richer, stronger, and aged longer. The fillers, from the Condega, Estelí and Jalapa regions of Nicaragua, have been aged six to seven years. Apart from the Mexican San Andrés wrapper, all the to***co comes from the Rocky Patel farms. Making its debut is the Jamastran binder that has been paired with leaves from Estelí, Nicaragua.

Sapphire is the birthstone for September, so it couldn’t have arrived at a better time. What do you hope releases next?
