Definitely moving in the right direction! How amazing is this family owned business and their staff who I am sure is just like family. But as all small businesses know, we would be nothing without you all, our customers who have also become friends and family.
I know there isn’t a day that goes by that we don’t miss all of you. So we are elated that Stella's will be back and we are sure better than ever, if that’s even possible!
The easiest way to show your love and support is to spend your money local. There are so many chains out there, you choosing to spend your hard earned money at a family owned restaurant and allowing us to simply feed your family or even celebrate your milestones is the highest honor an honor that was our pleasure for over 35 years.
This is not an easy process for everyone at Stella’s so we are positive your thoughts, prayers, donations, likes, comments and shares means the world to them.
Best wishes Stella’s! We will make some inquiries to see if we are able to find any information to lead you to a truck that meets your needs.

As we are working hard to get our restaurant rebuilt after the fire, we are also looking for ways to remain connected with our community (and generate some much needed funds). Although we are exploring a few opportunities to do “pop ups,” we also thought perhaps a food truck might be a fun alternative. This would allow us to serve our favorites, and support our staff during the rebuild. Our staff love to keep busy!

Unfortunately, there are already scams out there. Please help Stella’s help their employees during this trying time. I will share the article where i found this link in the comments. Unfortunately, insurance takes time and bills wait for no one.

After reading comments in a couple of articles it is unfortunate that i have to say; All rude, insensitive and inappropriate comments will be deleted. This is neither the time nor the place for such negativity.

Please keep The Stella’s family and staff in your thoughts and prayers. Stella’s is a bellevue staple and we pray they are able to reopen. We, of course, know how devastating this can be and the owners and staff at Stella’s were so generous and kind to us when we lost Nettie’s.

This is a hard post to share, but Stella’s suffered a bad fire this morning. We will be closed until further notice. We are heartbroken.
(Thankfully everyone is safe)

With great pain we announce our family has lost a loved one. Nettie’s nephew, Jimmy Joe, son of her late sister, Mary Juarez

Joseph John Juarez Jr. (Jimmy Joe), 72, of La Vista, Nebraska, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2025.

Born May 4, 1953, to Joe and Mary Juarez, Joe (Jimmy Joe) worked for NWB Co. as a pole climber/lineman from 1973 to 2016. He served his community through the La Vista Parks and Recreation Board, the La Vista Volunteer Fire Department, and as a youth soccer coach.

He is survived by his children, Joe Juarez III (Elishia) and Lori Franco (Marco); his sister Deb Sinnett (Jeff). Grandchildren Marco Jr (Marcela), Mercedez & Diego
Great Grandchildren Christopher, Christian, Avianna & Marco lll
He was also a step-parent through previous marriages, forming lasting bonds with many.

Please pray for our family during this difficult time.

It is with a heavy heart we share the passing of Meri Turner. Meri was a true example of a customer who became family. Her sparkling smile and contagious laugh will be missed by so many. Please keep her family in your prayers as they mourn the loss of this beautiful woman. Until we meet again, Meri.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the loss of our dear friend, Bob (Santa). Bob and his wonderful wife Barb (Mrs Santa) were at Nettie’s making kids smile one last time next to the Christmas tree the evening before the fire. We loved this tradition and the joy it brought our staff, customers and their children. Bob was one of a kind and will be missed greatly. Thank you for the memories may you rest in peace….until we meet again, give Nana Nettie and all those who have gone before us a big hug.

Welcome the newest member of the Nettie’s family. Nettie’s great great granddaughter we know she would be so in love and overjoyed with Baby Roe Kathy’s great granddaughter, Michelle’s granddaughter, Isabel’s daughter.
