Sinister Brewing Oh, hello there. We didn't see you come in. Not a craft beer enthusiast, you say? You're welcome. We will also include progress updates on the brewery here.

We're just a couple crazy kids trying to fulfill our dream of making fermented alcoholic beverages (namely beer) for the thirsty masses. We're still in the process of researching and acquiring commercial equipment and finding a space to brew in, but once we do that our goal is to create high-character ales for the craft beer enthusiast. Try saying that after enjoying a glass of our IPA, Chocolate

Stout, Irish Red, or any of our other offerings. Check back to this page often for updates or to chide us for taking too long in getting this thing going. We will let you know once we have a real website up and running, hopefully filled with branded merchandise we will allow you to buy. And if you "like" this page we will give you free beer. OK, not really. But "like" the page anyway.

We know it’s been a long time since we have updated this page, and we are guessing some of you think we gave up on our dream to make flavorful, high quality ales for the thirsty Cincinnati public. We assure you this is not the case. Sometimes life just delays things a bit.

We are happy to announce that we are planning a commercial nanobrewery to be located at, and sold exclusively (at least initially) to the B-List in Bellevue, KY. Once plans for the brewery are completed they must be approved by local, state, and federal officials before construction can begin. After we have been approved, acquisition of assets and construction will begin immediately. From everything we have read and heard from others that have started breweries, this road is long and tedious…but we are extremely excited to get started and very thankful to have a great business partner in the B-List to get us started on our way.

We will keep this page updated with our progress. Our goal is to be brewing beer in our new facility by the end of this calendar year, and have it available for purchase at the B-List by the beginning of the second quarter of 2013.

Finished filling out some tax paperwork over the weekend. Even with no actual product or income yet the government likes to keep an eye on you. On a less boring note, the official website is coming very soon!

Currently researching how to convert our 1/2 barrel stainless steel boil kettle into an electric-fired kettle. Anyone know a good stainless steel sanitary welder?
