📈Previous Jobs: Data Analysis and Office manager for a tax office, little stint as a CNA before starting my restaurant career
🍽️First Restaurant Job: I worked as a server in a Senior Facility as one of my very first jobs in High School
🌮Favorite Restaurant: That is a hard question. Currently it is Red Star tacos. They have a great happy hour and some pretty delicious fish tacos.
🍫Favorite Late-Night Snack: I love having a regular Twix bar after it’s been sitting in the freezer for a little bit.
🍜Favorite Vietnamese Dish: Our Pho Combo and Luc Lac Shaken Beef are my absolute favorite dishes. Or the Tofu Fresh rolls! The Peanut sauce is so good!!!
✂️What do you on your day off: I’m a big, “I can make that at home” girl. So I am usually either starting or finishing a crazy project I had no business starting in the first place.
🏖️Describe a perfect day: A warm sunny day on the water surrounded by family and friends, listening to good music and ending it on the beach with a BBQ.
🍁Favorite part of the PNW: Fall here is so beautiful!! The colors of the changing leaves and the smell of the fall air is unmatched in my opinion!
🩺Alternative Universe Career: I would have loved to be a nurse in the ER.
✈️Next Vacation: A friend’s wedding to the Czech republic.
🎥Favorite Movie: I would have to say I am a big fan of Practical Magic.
