Role Vision:
The Assistant Manager at SEA Crab House Seafood Restaurant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. As an integral management team member, the Assistant Manager contributes to creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests while maintaining high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness. The role vision is to assist General Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading a team of dedicated staff, and driving exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support: Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Customer Service: Maintain a customer-centric focus, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.

Team Leadership: Support General Manager in recruiting, training, and developing a motivated and skilled team, fostering a positive work culture, and promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures as required.

Financial Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling costs, optimizing profitability, and achieving financial targets through effective inventory management, portion control, and waste reduction initiatives.

Sales and Marketing: Contribute to the development and ex*****on of sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers, enhance customer loyalty, and increase revenue.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on key performance indicators, sales trends, customer feedback, and operational issues, providing recommendations for improvement to General Manager.

Reporting Structure:
The Assistant Manager reports directly to the General Manager and collaborates closely with other management team members.

We are looking for a part time dishwasher to join the SEA Crab House!

Dishwashers wash and sanitize dishes and equipment, maintain the dishwashing machine throughout the shift, keep the work area organized, and assist on line or in the prep area as needed.

A Dishwasher/Prep-Cook's main responsibilities are, but not limited to, the following tasks:

-Assisting Cooks with food preparation
-Work under pressure in a fast paced environment
-Scraping and sorting food waste from dirty dishes/meal tray.
-Rinsing and spraying dishes prior to feeding into the dishwasher.
-Cutlery and kitchen utensils are sorted and placed in soaking bucket prior to washing.
-Dishes organized into piles and/or dishwasher trays/racks to be processed into the automated dishwasher.
-Rack or dishes removed from dishwasher following cleaning cycle completion.
-Dishes transported to storage shelving and/or meal service area as needed.
-Cookware sorted into sink area.
-Rinsing cookware material, and sorting food waster prior to soaking. Hand wash cookware in sink area prior to sanitization in the automated dishwasher.
-Transport cookware to storage shelving.

Payrate $13.50/hr-$18/hr +
