‘Sketti and Meatballs today! (or meatless)

Promised you a Taco Tuesday update last night....we’re holding it one week. Two new people joining the team today and we want to get it right - so next Tuesday it’s a dual citizenship day with Italian and Mexican!

Smokey Chicken Noodle Soup is ON this week -- and it is amazing.

Did you get one of my Birthday Cards this weekend?
Today’s a great day to use it - buy one daily special, get the second free.
We also have a new w**e for you to enjoy, a VERY nice Francis Coppola Diamond Collection Claret Cabernet (for all you Cab drinkers...I'm more of a Pinot guy...but that's OK!)

Smokey Chicken Noodle Soup!
A romantic dinner with my lovely and talented wife.

The soup of the day this week -- a call back to a classic.
Smoked chicken, carrots, peas & drippings off of the wings (the secret sauce that you can't just run to the store and buy!).
And time.....slow simmer while you do other things, just let it alone and do its thing.

Tomorrow is Tuesday and we are open again....'Sketti and Meatballs (or meatless) and something for Taco Tuesday (I'll let you know tomorrow....right now it's back to finishing up a mountain of dishes and off to bed!)

Okay... our kitchen got a little exuberant with the seafood pasta prep. It was a popular dish this Friday, but we have some left that is perfectly good - we just won't be selling it again (I mean this specific batch, we WILL have a seafood pasta next friday...settle down...!)

Rather than let it go to waste, we'd love to get it to folks who could use a good meal.
Does anyone know a shelter, church meal program or community kitchen in the Belleville area that could use it TODAY?

Sunday encore!

While you were out trick-or-treating last night, our ribs and lasagna were here waiting for you... so a few of this weekend's specials are back today, only until they run out:
