Now available: our Islay Peated Scotch Cask-Finished Wheat Wh***ey! 🥃🔥

This wheat wh***ey spent 6 years aging in oak, building its foundation of sweetness and depth. We then moved it into a barrel that previously held peated Islay Scotch, a region famous for campfire smoke, sea air, and distinctive character. After 4 months of finishing, it picked up a subtle layer of smoke and coastal complexity without losing the character we built over those first six years.

Brown butter and caramel on the nose, with sage, eucalyptus, mocha, and teaberry on the finish. Try a splash of water if drinking neat, or serve on a single cube.
