There are no words that can truly explain the gratitude I have towards everyone that has supported my family and I over the past few weeks.

A few weeks ago I had a headache that progressively got worse over a period of five days. I finally went to the ER and got a CT scan, and they found that I had a relatively large brain tumor. I had surgery to get it removed. Pathology came back and it is a grade 4 glioblastoma. Usually this type of tumor has a regrowth rate of 12-18 months but it's also a wild card tumor so we don't know. It could also stay away for years. I start chemo and radiation soon.

Janice held a fundraiser in my honor yesterday and the generosity was out of this world 🩷 thank you to everyone that has donated. It is truly amazing to feel so supported through all of this.

Thank you Janice for everything that you do, I truly wouldn't be here without you. Thank you to my McCarthy's family who worked to make the event go smoothly 🩷

And again to everyone that has donated in some way or another, your generosity is appreciated. And I will not forget that. 🩷
