Meet the Punalu’u Beach! 🌊 🌴

Elevate your fabulous tiki drink creations to the next level with Lemon Hart 151, the legendary gold standard in overproof rums.🥇

Punalu’u Beach:

1 oz fresh pineapple juice
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz Senior Blue Curacao
1/2 oz Torani Coconut Syrup
1 oz Don Q Silver Rum
1/2 oz Lemon Hart 151
2 drops of blue food coloring (just to enhance the blue of the Curaçao)

In a shaker combine all the ingredients and shake like hell with a cup of crushed ice. Pour unstrained into a large brandy snifter, filled with more crushed ice and rimmed with black sanding sugar. Garnish with plastic cake topper coconut palm trees, toss in a straw and sip away to paradise!

I came up with this original drink last May and it was so good I decided to make it again. I call it the Punalu’u Beach after the awe inspiring, world-famous black sand beach on the Big Island of Hawaii.

🍍 Made with pineapple, lime & orange juice, a half ounce of Drillaud Creme de Banane and two ounces of 1804. Shake with crushed ice and topped with the juice of half a blood orange.
