The official home brewery of Jason Evans The name Breadhead comes from our children. A typical weekend morning has all 4 of us in our king size bed watching TV.

Meredith and I married on March 1st, 2014 bringing along my son, Drew, and Meredith's daughter, Charli. On several occasions, Drew was close to Charli and commented that her hair smelled like Bread. And Breadhead Brewing Company was born.

Oh, hi! I haven't brewed in a while and decided to brew a cream ale and submit to the National Homebrew competition. It turned out pretty great!

First brew after a hiatus truly missed the mark. I'll keep it on until I have something to replace it, then it'll get dumped. Here's hoping my next brews make me happier.

It has been too long since I've brewed but I got really motivated lately. Got several house projects out of the way and have 2 more brews planned.

Currently fermenting a "modern" IPA. No haze, moderate bitterness, heavy doses of dry hopping with Galaxy, Citra, Vic Secret. Kviek already ripped through.

Took about 30 batches, but my gluten free Thanksgiving saison, Hey Buddy!, has visible pellicle which means bacteria infection. Smells and tastes great so I kegged it and hope it goes in a positive direction.

My first gluten free NEIPA is still drinking really well. Planned my next brew which will be a saison incorporating wildflower honey, clear candi sugar, and quinoa. It'll be targeted for Thanksgiving dinner.
