There’s something special about a classic prime rib dinner, and we’re excited to bring this steakhouse tradition to our Friday evenings at Grill68.

Join us tonight for a beautifully roasted, tender and flavorful cut of Prime Rib, served with our creamy mashed potatoes, seasonal sautéed vegetables, and rich house-made au jus.

Our vegetables are a colorful combination of squash, zucchini, red onion, and carrots, lightly sautéed and seasoned to complement the roast.

THANK YOU FROM GRILL68 ❤️

This weekend marks the end of our soft opening, and before we move into our next chapter, we simply want to say thank you.

Over the past month, you have given us something incredibly valuable. Time and the opportunity to learn, adjust, polish our recipes, strengthen our systems, and grow together as a team.

Thank you to everyone who came through our doors, brought friends and family, shared feedback, offered encouragement, and showed us patience while we worked through the details. Every table has helped us become a little better.

Beginning Tuesday, October 6, our full menu and full bar menu will be available, including our cocktails, b**r, w**e, and non-alcoholic selections. Our w**e program will continue growing throughout October and November as additional w**es by the bottle arrive.

And there’s already something special to look forward to…

We’ll be serving slow-roasted Prime Rib with the traditional accompaniments. Join us for a classic steakhouse evening and one we’re excited to share with you.

Grill68 was created around the idea that a restaurant should be more than a place to eat. It should be a place to gather, stay awhile, share a bottle of w**e, celebrate something, or simply enjoy dinner together.

🍷 FRIDAY W**E SOCIAL — PINOT NOIR: THREE OREGON VOICES
Friday, October 2 | 8:30–10:00 PM | $29 per person

One grape. Three Oregon w**es. Three very different voices.

For our next Friday W**e Social, we’re staying in Oregon and spending the evening with Pinot Noir.

Pinot is such an interesting w**e to taste side by side because the grape can tell the story of where it was grown. One glass may be delicate and floral. Another may show darker fruit, earth or spice. You don’t have to know why before you taste it—that’s part of what we’re coming together to discover.

We’ll be tasting:

🍇 Arterberry Maresh Dundee Hills Pinot Noir 2024 — Dundee Hills, Oregon
Cherry and strawberry with rose petal and dusky spice. Refined, delicate and a beautiful example of the graceful side of Oregon Pinot Noir.

🍇 Antiquum Farm Darlene Pinot Noir 2022 — Willamette Valley, Oregon
Raspberry and pomegranate move into black tea, cedar and spice, giving us a little more of Pinot’s savory side.

🍇 GC W**es Vivid Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021 — Eola-Amity Hills, Oregon
Darker red fruit, bright acidity and fine tannins with more depth and savory character.

We’ll taste all three together, learn a little about the w**es and where they come from, and talk about what changes from one glass to the next.

But this isn’t a w**e class.

There are no right answers and no w**e vocabulary required. If one tastes like cherries to you and another simply tastes like something you’d really like with dinner, that’s useful information.

That’s how we begin discovering our own palate.

Food pairings will be available during the tasting, too. We’ll explore why Pinot Noir is such a wonderful w**e at the table and how it can move comfortably from cheeses, olives and pickled dishes to salmon and savory mushrooms.

Come with someone you enjoy sharing a bottle with, or come meet some new people around our table.

Our doors are open, the grills are hot, and we’d love to welcome you to Grill68 Steakhouse at The Village on Scholls Ferry.

We’ve decided to extend our soft opening through the end of September. It gives our team a little more time to grow together, refine the details, and build the kind of neighborhood steakhouse we want Grill68 to be.

The majority of our menu will be available to enjoy, with hand-cut steaks, seafood, fresh pasta, shareables, craft cocktails, and a w**e list made for discovering something new.

And throughout our extended soft opening, we’ll be surprising tables with complimentary tastes from different parts of the menu. Maybe it’s something you haven’t tried yet. Maybe it becomes your new favorite.

Come for dinner. Bring someone you enjoy spending time with. Order a bottle of w**e. Try something new. Stay awhile.
