The Wellington Grille may be gone, but our memories still hold dear. We lost one of our most beloved employees this past weekend, Mark Cruse. He was soo dear to soo many of our staff, family, customers. We all will cherish the fond memories of him both behind the Bar, Entertaining us at the Table and for the staff the late night bonding we all enjoyed after a long shift. He will be missed by soo many as his infectious personality always began with a great beaming smile.

We are Back! We will be returning to our regular hours of Tuesday- Saturday 4:30-9pm
We look forward to seeing everyone again!
Moving forward we do prefer that our customers wear masks while not in their seats and that we be mindful of our distancing with each other. Thank you all for your support and continued patronage of our establishment, we as always strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all our valued guests!

Unfortunately due to the current rise in Covid-19 cases and staff shortages we will be closed until this Friday January 14th to allow staff to get tested and get rested. We apologize for any inconvenience an thank you for your understanding and patience.

We plan to return to regular hours this Friday at 4:30

Hope everyone is having a great start to their Weekend so far!
So just an update on everything going forward.
We have come to the tough decision that it is not sustainable for us to be open as many days as we are, due to the staffing difficulties that come with that.

Starting July 11th we will be Closed Sunday’s & Mondays for the foreseeable future.

We will Continue to strive to give all of our Valued Guests an enjoyable experience Tuesday-Saturday 4:30pm - 9:00pm.

We do intend and Hope for this to be a temporary measure and will return to regular days of operation once we can secure more staff on hand. We appreciate our loyal customers that continue to support us through the tough waters. We truly feel that with this break our staff will be more refreshed and prepared for the week ahead.
As a side note, if you currently have a party booked with us on a Sunday, we are working to ensure that we can still accommodate you and we will be in touch.

It is with deepest regret and apologies that we had to close early Sunday. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were not able to continue operating that day. We truly apologize if this inconvenienced your special day with your families.
