Saturday May 4th at 630pm
Councilwoman Weimmer is at work again. Miss Weimmer is planning a fundraiser for the Bayonne Little League. It is under the advertising name of “Jerseys and Jeans”. The Jacqueline Weimmer for Bayonne 2nd Ward Council has asked for KUHL’s to help push this fundraiser. I have known Jackie since she was born and I am so proud that she has embraced this city the way she has. She is there for each and every organization as well as each and every resident. Being friends for so many years I am in her corner every step of the way.
So this is my way of helping Jackie. I’m reaching out to all my Facebook Friends and Family and asking you to help support this amazing cause. Whether it be a small donation or possibly more The Bayonne Little League and our CHILDREN can use our help. I’m not selling raffle tickets, I’m looking for some “DONATIONS” to support our Little League Program. Roger Malone and Mike Conway and the gang can’t do it alone. Let’s help our Bayonne Future Athletes. As for my restaurant and tavern friends. I will be making phone calls asking for a possible food tray donation for the affair. We are concentrating on Pasta, Chicken and Salad dishes. If I can rally up 15-20 establishments for a tray or two this affair will be a massive success.
In closing, I thank each and every one of you in advance for your support. This is why Bayonne is such a great city to grow up in. It’s people helping people, that’s what we are known for. Community support rocks. And BTW, we should all be so proud of what Councilwoman Weimmer spearheads to help lead our community
