Louie's Down by the Pier The place you wanna go when you want a drink and to inhale more smoke than oxygen with each breath.

Also, there's a wheelchair, a Toys R Us shopping cart, and mood lighting out the wazoo. It's the classiest place around, so you damn well better look the part. Not to mention it's a speakeasy in a garage with a perpetual haze of smoke.
