Chef Shack companies purchased this fine property in 2012 and taking it to the next level in cuisine & service in a rustic natural country setting. Making believers each weekend and exceeding expectations of what a restaurant in the middle of nowhere can deliver. Chefs & life partners Lisa Carlson & Carrie Summer have brought their New York City training to this small 30 seat establishment. They source organics and sustainable grassfed meats for the publics delight weekends only each year from April through October. Creating a" hidden and hard to find" secret dining experience.
